It means a great deal to me to know I'm not alone in my transformation. Stepping up in a true and authentic way has been a breath of fresh air for me. For the longest time I was stuck trying to live up to a "label" that no longer fit AND comparing myself to others (never feeling like a measured up). I'm so grateful to have amazing mentors and colleagues that are quick to remind me when I'm not being "me". I've finally got the strategies and support I need to shift into that next level of success for me. I'm in love with being an entrepreneur again :) woohoo! From that realization I've learned to be completely authentic... the people I'm meant to work with (serve) will be attracted to me, just the way I am. Paying attention to and trusting my intuition is playing a much bigger role for me too. Faith and self-trust is very much the theme for my current transition. Are you being pulled in a new direction but not sure how to (or if you should) follow it?
